The natural hydration factor, known as NMF, is a mixture of water-soluble and hygroscopic substances.
"Hygroscopic" substances are substances capable of absorbing water present in the atmosphere to give rise to a hydrate or a simple adsorption product.

4 Steps To Start Using Our Serum In The Best Way
1) TEST
Perform a patch test before use: apply a few drops of serum to a small area such as the inner arm and observe the skin's reaction.
2) WASH
Before applying, wash your face, or the part on which you want to apply the serum, with cold or lukewarm water, and pat dry.
3) FIRST APPLICATION
We advise you to start by applying just 1-2 drops, for the first day or until your face skin has become familiar with our Serum.
4) CONTINUE THE APPLICATION
Continue the application in the following days using 3-4 drops of serum.

What is the percentage of vitamin C?
Our serum has a 20% vitamin c compound. Our vitamin C (Sodium Ascorbyl Phosphate) is a very stable form with a pH between 5 and 6.5.

Do I need a cream after the serum?
Our serum has a strong moisturizing power, however combining its use with the Bio Renaissance Cream, this will fully complete the process of hydration and nutrition of the skin (Renaissance has a FANTASTIC INCI - our best cream!)

Can I use the serum in the morning and then go out in the sun?
Florence Serum is not photosensitizing, and is suitable for daily use, morning and evening, in all seasons, however as it does not contain a sunscreen, we recommend using a SPF of 50+ on exposed areas.

Can I use the serum around the eyes?
Yes, the Serum is tested and safe for use around the eyes. You can use it safely, deeply hydrate this delicate and thin skin area, and reduce fine lines around the eyes.

How should I start using the serum?
First, perform the patch test: apply a few drops of product on a small area such as the inside of the arm, and observe the skin's reaction. If there are no reactions, start with 2 drops per day and then continue with 3-4 drops per day.
